PTO Monitoring

Through the PTO status light in the cab, we can monitor when a PTO is on or off with a single wire. Some PTO applications require a specially calibrated hydraulic sensor which converts fluid pressure into a voltage reading which can be recognized by the GPS Box & indicates when work is being done by the tool the PTO is powering.

Integration

Connects the information (data) from your GPS Fleet Tracking Application to one or more software packages, eliminating double entry, redundant reports and clicking back and forth between multiple screens.

Next Level Tracking's GPS Tracking Application has an API and a data stream available - if you already have another vendor and they have an API or Data Stream available - we are in business. With some specialized programming - the information generated can automatically feed your Routing and Scheduling or other specialty Dispatch Program, your Transportation Management System, Vehicle Maintenance Package, Payroll and Billing Software, Customer Service or CRM Application, it will satisfy Automated and Customized Report Requests, even populate your Government Compliance Software, and so much more.

This is the next step in increasing the speed at which you do business.

It eliminates the delays which keep your people from executing the responsibilities of their positions because they didn't have the information they needed, at the time they needed it. These delays are no longer an acceptable way to do business.

Information will move up and down your organization, from decision maker to decisions maker, faster than ever.

Integration will increase the speed at which you conduct business. Are you ready for it?

Bolt-On Functionality

The faster your employees can get good and accurate information, the faster they can make good decisions and the more efficient and profitable your business becomes. Next Level Tracking's GPS Fleet Tracking Application has Bolt-On Functionality which provides the additional features your organization requires.

These include:

ELD System Hardware

There's only three pieces of Hardware required for the Next Level Tracking ELD System to work.

1.) One JBUS (6 or 9 PIN)  or OBDII plug

2.) One Vehicle Gateway

3.) One Internet Capable Device

The JBUS/OBDII plug connects and pulls data from the vehicle's engine's computer.

The Vehicle Gateway plugs into the JBUS/OBDII plug and transmits this data to Internet Capable Device and the Cloud via Bluetooth and WiFi.

The data is then interpreted and displayed in the office in the form of reports and graphics for Managers and Dispatcher to use.

The same data is also displayed to the Internet Capable Device for the Driver to see and make decisions.

Garmin based Jobs Management

Great for a delivery business or any business working off a schedule. Create, Save, Assign and Send a specific Route made up of Stop locations to a Garmin, Personal Navigation Device (PDN) which is connected directly to your SmartAntenna.

This system allows routes to be dispatched in seconds. Your driver will see all stops on their assigned route, in their cab, on their Garmin. Once the driver accepts a stop, Garmin will vocally provide its turn-by-turn directions. Dispatchers will see which stop driver has accepted, is en-route to, ETA, when arrived, when completed and how long the stop took.

Besides a note section associated with each stop, driver and dispatcher can communicate through a 2-way messaging platform similar to instant messaging - from dispatcher's computer to the driver's Garmin.

ELD System

Our ELD System enables long haul truckers to complete their Log entries quickly and easily with just a few clicks on their favorite Internet enabled device (Apple or Android).

Using this device in the cab, a driver may easily change status designations, while the system automatically time stamps and records the location.

The system eliminates the guesswork involved with paper logs and reduces payroll costs associated with managing these records.

Our EDL System is certified and offers...

  • Real-Time, web-based data
  • Reduced time spent filling out logs
  • Lowers hours administrating old log books
  • Easy-to-read electronic driver logs
  • Details of status change location
  • DOT compliance status
  • Increased productivity and profitability

Temperature Probes

We can monitor the Temperature of your refrigeration unit with a single wire, thus, linking the time and temperature with a location. Companies have used this to monitor the temperature at time of delivery.

ODB II Engine Diagnostics

We offer an ODB II style plug –for those cars, vans, SUV’s and light trucks made after 1996 - this protocol tells users exactly what the Vehicle’s on board diagnostic computer is seeing happen.

Linking this connection with your GPS Fleet Tracking Device allows the informational codes to be displayed and communicated to the proper people within your organization. Diagnostic Codes can be anything from engine air and oil temperatures to hard braking, true idling and gas consumption rates, to trouble codes from the engine or powertrain. Exact informational codes vary by make and model and sometimes the software is limited in what it can display.

The purchase of an Additional device is required to work with a SmartAntenna to obtain this type of information.

About Next Level Tracking

All our Solutions begin with a real time tracking application. These applications provide the building blocks to improve your business. There are three starting points:

  1. Basic GPS Tracking

  2. "Bolt-On" Functionality

  3. Integration

Electronic Logging Device (ELD) Mandate

Next Level Tracking has a complete Hours of Service (HOS) System, Certified by the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA) to Meet the ELD Mandate.

It provides Drivers with a Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR), Pre and Post Trip, Logs, Violation Warnings and Daily Certified Compliance.

It provides Dispatchers and Managers with up-to-date Driver Logs, time/date and location of each Status Change, Violation Warnings and Reports on topics like OffDuty Status, Violations, Certifications and Unassigned Driving Time.

Vehicles also transmit up-to-date Engine data with Fault Codes, Activity, Locations and IFTA Mileage including time stamped Toll Road usage.

The ELD Mandate - Final Rule Compliance - date is Dec. 18, 2017.

Drivers of Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMV) of more than 10,000 lbs and traveling more than 150 air miles must employ an FMCSA Compliant Solution by this date.

JBUS Engine Monitoring

We offer a JBUS style plug - this protocol tells users exactly what the Vehicle’s on board diagnostic computer is seeing happen. But was designed to capture different information than the ODB II protocol.

Linking this connection with your GPS Fleet Tracking Device allows the informational codes to be displayed and communicated to the proper people within your organization. Diagnostic Codes can be anything from engine air and oil temperatures to hard braking, true idling and gas consumption rates to trouble codes from the engine or powertrain. Exact informational codes vary by make and model and sometimes the software is limited in what it can display.

The purchase of an additional device is required to work with a SmartAntenna to obtain this type of information.

Switches

We can monitor when a switch is on or off with a single wire. Companies have monitored doors opening and closing, overhead lights, Wheelchair lifts, even a toggle switch to indicate a driver initiated signal, etc.

Fuel Card Validation

If like many other companies, fuel is one of your largest expenses, then our Fuel Card Validation Report will have an almost immediate payback. You will know where and when the card is used, and whether or not the Vehicle it was associated with was at that location at that time the card was used. Currently, we are integrated with FleetCore, a global leader in Fleet Fuel Cards.

Hardware

GPS Tracking Hardware - SmartAntenna - is a self contained unit, about the size of a few credit cards stacked in a pile. Industrial double sided tape holds the unit in position under the dash - away from the possibility of common tampering efforts. The enclosed, powerful GPS Antenna works exceptionally well as long as it is pointing toward the sky.

Installation is completed by Customer or Customer's designate - Next Level Tracking does not provide installation services.

OnSpot

Arrive safe and on time with Onspot Chains. They are easy to use and reliable.

On icy and slippery roads, the automatic tire chains are activated by the driver in the Cab – from a dashboard switch.

Onspot is very smart insurance to help you arrive safely and on schedule.
