Switches

We can monitor when a switch is on or off with a single wire. Companies have monitored different and various functions or event within the Asset, like when doors are opened or when, the lifts goes up or down or when the PTO is engaged., etc.

JBUS

We offer a JBUS style plug - this protocol tells users exactly what the Asset's on board diagnostic computer is seeing happen. Linking this connection with your GPS Asset Tracking Device allows the informational codes to be displayed and communicated to the proper people within your organization. Codes can be anything from engine air and oil temperatures to hard braking, true idling and gas consumption rates to trouble codes from the engine or powertrain. Exact informational codes vary by make and model and sometimes the software is limited in what it can display.

Temperature Probes

We can monitor the Temperature of your refrigeration unit with a single wire, thus, linking the time and temperature with a location. Companies have used this to monitor the temperature at time of delivery.

The application can help you compute Operating Hours, calculate Asset Utilizationand alert you to Maintenance Issues, Arrival and Departure from work site, it even allows you to locate remote Assets in an instant and do Asset Inventory or Yard Checks.

Basic Tracking

Straight forward Basic GPS Asset Tracking is the plotting of the Assets last known location on a Map and having the ability to access a set of canned historical reports.

Asset generally don't require the regularity of updates a vehicle in a Fleet Tracking Application would - so once an hour or 2 twice a day is generally often enough.

However, there are some specific applications which require the Asset to update every minute.

Users still see the when, where and how of Asset's movements.

All Assets should be tracked in real time. The data generated fills in details not available in paperwork alone.

Asset Tracking works great for off-road vehicles, heavy equipment, cranes, fork lifts and "towed" assets like trailers, generators, light stands, message and arrow boards, even roll offs, barges, frac tanks and all kinds of rental equipment.

All GPS Asset Tracking Applications offered by Next Level Tracking come with Hardware (Battery Operated or Hard Wired) and Software components. The specifics will vary depending on your requirements. But they must have a 12-24 volt power supply.

PTO Monitoring

Through the PTO status, we can monitor when a PTO is on or off with a single wire. Some PTO applications require a specially calibrated hydraulic sensor which converts fluid pressure into a voltage reading which recognizes by the GPS Box and indicates when work is being done by the tool the PTO is powering.
